Nutrition centers throughout Madison County are helping serve seniors in our rural community. These neighborhood locations make it possible for seniors to have a hot, nutritious lunch at a center not far from home. Many of the centers also offer games, crafts, and classes, and some of them provide meal delivery to homebound seniors.
